I decided to contribute a small passenger liner to this project.

This is actually a model I started building many years ago and never finished. So it's getting updated and finished.

Front view, showing the overall shape of the ship. The upper section are the passenger cabins, the two side areas are lounges and recreation for the passengers. The bottom part and most of the centre are ship's systems and crew areas. The grey polygon at the front will eventually be the window of the bridge.

Close up of where I am using some greebles from the resources here. These are external drive components. The illuminated tubes are stand-ins for the energy beams which are involved in powering the drive systems. The yellow one is for the sub-light drive and the blue ones are for FTL. These beams will be on only when a particular drive is in use.

Just a wider shot of the bottom.

View from the rear. I haven't worked out the drives yet.

View of the port side showing the dining lounge.

Close up on port side, showing a few of the cabins. Only the living room is visible.

Small update; did a new bridge for the model. This version is larger with four stations, rather then the original pilot/copilot arrangement. Yes I'm recycling pieces from other models I've done.

Recycling is damn handy if you can do it.
