This tipe of "camo" is used at Albacete base os "Los Llanos". They are the "Lizars".

Osul, that Mirage F-1 it's called Quatari, was one of the 14 or 18 Mirage F-1 byed to Qatar for Manises ( Valencia ), but then they go to Los LLanos.
This is the original scheme of Lizards of Albacete
But it's a pretty model, no dude.
