This is no April Fool's joke, the April photo challenge is starting today! You only have 30 days to get your entries in so start clicking those shutter buttons!
April 2012 Photo Challenge
The winner of January's contest was noibs so he chose the next topic.
Topic For April
"Reflections"
Rules as they exist thus far:
Submissions are open from April 1 to April 30 and are limited to 2 per person.
Sky's the limit for resolution (though it's understandable if people don't want to share highest res originals if they don't want to)
Probably good to keep file size under 2MB
Photo-manipulation is okay (retouching, red eye, colour balance tweaks etc) (in this case a before and after would be required)
Obvious photo-shopping is discouraged (no adding stuff that isn't there at all, or using canned 'make pretty picture' presets)
Content-aware deletions/fill-ins are cheating. :p
Submitting photos which were submitted in previous challenges is discouraged. Use a new one!
A request rather than a rule. Please upload your images using the "Single file upload Utility" then copy and paste the link into your post. That way, I can just copy and paste the link to add your entry to the monthly list (which saves me from saving the image and uploading it).

Thanks for the nudge!
Here's a very reflective capsule on the London Millennium Wheel.

Dug out some older shots, and did a restitch for a seriously wide and high panorama, spherical projection. Lots of reflections here in glass and water!
This is London Docklands in winter sunshine.

Maybe a bit too literal, all my pensive people studies are on film and if I have any digital examples they are very ugly jpged up low rez scans made from the printer.
The fish are from a fish hatchery, I forget where. river was right next to it, the sunset is nearby.
Aug 2007
All color stuff taken with a crummy PAS canon a90 digital. I think I had my cir polarizer with me. (to get those fish pics)
Last was with a Kodak large format (3x3 I think) in B&W scanned the neg it is soso. taken eugh 2000? misplaced the exposure notes with the dates.
I have a mess of sky photos with light reflecting off moisture creating odd reflections in clouds and what not but already I think I am posting too many pics.
All images only cropped and some light adjustments to levels. No heavy handed saturation or other foolery. (dunno if it is allowed) The river pic I wish I had my film camera that day, some DOF would have done that image better not to mention Id have what I wanted in focus. A90 was horrible for telling what was or was not in focus manual or not.

Thank you for the entries everyone.
@Madkoifish; only 2 entries per person so I took the first two. If you'd like that changed, let me know a.s.a.p., please and thank you.

Eh dunno which ever you like hah I think if any Id like the river one in. The fish are a bit busy. SO it is a toss up on #2 fish or headlamp, since sunset is done to death.
MKF-
totally missed the entry limit sorry.
