Planets ( Moving Clouds)

I have seen in a number of movies where you see Earth from space that the clouds move and swirl around, usually during a storm or something....is there any way to do this in Blender???

Dunno about blender, but FlaminCGI have a breakdown movie of the HInda F1 movie they made for Honda. It's not a tutorial, but the basic steps are shown in the breakdown (as part of the vfx reel).
