If I make an object and in scene I attach example 4 lights to it, so that object is parent and lights have limited lighting area. Then I clone object, BUT.... is there a way that lights are also cloned in process? Perhaps I have missed something, I usually clone lights separately to each clone object???

Can't remember in 7.5, but in 8.0 and above you can right click on the parent, and choose clone hierarchy.

It was a free download but for the life of me I can't remember who made it. It will do everything you want though.

Just select the parent and it will clone everything. You can even mirror it across an axis :)

Kojocci;

Another solution is to set up the model with all of it's lights, then save that scene as ship_setup for example. Oh, and delete any scene lights so you only have the lights parented to the model.

Then start building your scene. You can then use the "load from scene" option and answer Yes to the "load lights from scene" question. Each time you will have the model, complete with lights parented to it.
