Finished this yesterday and I think it came out pretty good. What do you say, be harsh

Excellent work. The only things I would suggest
1) giving more definition to the shadow edge between the primary light and the fill light areas.
2) more shadow under the chin and on the neck. make it gradent so the neck looks more cylindrical.

i like the hair it looks like real hair unlike a lot of drawings were it looks like a wig also you'v got the eyes not too lifeless good :)

An excellent likeness, instantly recognisable. I think you should use a small version for your avatar!
