Default Starship multipass renders

Does anyone recommend an approach to setting up quick methods for turning on and off illuminated textures on objects for doing multi pass renders?

For an example, how about the Enterprise? A quick way to turn on/off the illuminated textures on the windows, deflector dish, nacelles without having to go into each texture material and manually doing it every time.
