Most Asked Questions - Who do I contact?
Sometimes it’s difficult to know who to contact depending on the nature of your request or question. As much as we try information does tend to get lost, members who are not familiar with vBulletin may not know to look in the FAQ’s or just may not know who is who.
This quick list should help and make it easier to quickly identify who is responsible for what and who to contact.
gpdesigner – Art
JackN – News & Discussions
Meurig - Studio
Rigel – Fundamentals & Instruction
The admins and mods are available to help answer questions, concerns or take general comment on threads and posts. While we try to avoid issues they do happen and in such a situation it is best to contact a moderator first. If in the event they are unavailable or fail to respond the next step would be to forward the message to one or both of the admins. Please use the PM system to contact mods or admins and do not use the general forums to shout your message. It’s not appreciated, especially if it is an issue and 99.9 percent of the time there is a simple or satisfactory solution. Always give your staff a opportunity to resolve matters without creating a scene. They will appreciate it and be far more open to your input.
