Default Lightwave Plexiglass Surface

Does anyone have a plexiglass surface for Lightwave? If so, could I trouble you for a copy of it?

My experiments with making it have been, shall we say, less than satisfactory.

Mostly brand new. This is for the Foundation 3D Art Gallery model; we have a reputation to maintain!
