Due to my fatherís current health Iíve not been getting too much done and I donít know how much Iíll get done in the future. The next few weeks will let me know.
I fixed issues I had with the textures on this ship. Iím much happier with them now. All I have left to do is finish the warp engines and start on the disrupters.

My D7 is finished and ready to make some Federation Captains soil there tighty whities. Now I’ll have to put together some orthos.

And I've begun to put together my Klingon D5. A smaller Klingon ship that most Federation ships can stand toe to toe with. I have to adjust a few textures and add support for the warp engines.

UPDATE...
I canít believe itís been about a year since Iíve worked on this. While deciding to finish the textures on the D5 I thought I might as well make them completely different since the ship is older than the D7. Ignore the textures on the neck thayíve gone fubar.

UPDATE...
Getting started on the new neck textures.

Hereís a shot of the new textures for the big round bit. Hopefully I can be done with this tonight. Iíve got orthos to do and Iíve already mocked up an idea for a new pic.

UPDATE...
Neck textures are now complete. All I need to do now are the disrupters, main hull and warp engines.

The shuttlebay textures are now done and I made new textures for the impulse engines. This will help me save a few polygons.

UPDATE...
Nearly done. I probably should have finished this yesterday but I should be completely done by Thursday.

Hereís the bottom and back of the hull.

I got the engines done but I need to fix a few things. I also added a few more red graphics to the ship to break up all that green.

UPDATE...
While fixing the textures on my U.S.S. Swiften I thought up a new picture but with a shuttle. So I went back and decided to modify the one I had a make a slightly larger Tactical shuttle for this new image. Ignore the textures because they went to crap but Iíll need to paint new ones for this anyway.

Here it is side by side with my original shuttle.

UPDATE...
I was gonna try and keep this simple and get it doen fast. Well, so much for that.
I added a few more bits to make it look more armored and I increased the size of the armor on the back.

Decided to add some ladning gear.

Started to work on textures for the engine cowl and finished up some of the detail on the back of the warp engines. Still a little bit to go.

UPDATE...
I finished the textures for the engine cowl and just need to add a few final touches to the wing textures.
I also started the textures for the side. Still need to add a few things to finish it up. The colored strip will be different depending on the role the shuttle will fill.

I also finished the textures for the back of the shuttle.

UPDATE...
Well Iím just about done. I finished the bottom of the shuttle. All I have left now are parts that connect the engines to the ship and the landing skids. I donít really need to finish building the landing skids yet because I donít need them in the picture I plan to do.

Well, what do you know a christmas miracle. I actually figured out how to unwrap an object and thatís how I textured the warp engine.

I agree with tangster. I especially like the aging paint effect you achieve when the spec is bouncing off of it.

UPDATE...
I decided to go back this month to do some work with my Alt-Tos stuff. I felt I needed to build a drydock so Iím working on one based on the design in one of Jackillís books. The Archer is just there to have a ship in there. Iím building it a little bigger so the Enterprise I plan on making will fit since will be bigger than the other ships Iíve made.

Started to add the main lamps.

All the final shapes are roughed in. The one change I made is the center command area.

Started to detail one of the main lamps and did a texture test.
