Ongoing thing... I want to finsh this one..

Started 100's of models and I think I have Finished a dozen or two..

IFW2 is great for panelling, I think I'd buy the whole set just for that one shader...

I think for this you might want to lose the rivets, or maybe convert them to bump only? Very small high contrast stuff on something viewed from a relatively long way off can cause all sorts of irritation, and demand painful levels of AA.

Personally I find that relatively subtle variations work best in these circumstances .

Ya I was playing with the Rivets, I thought I would see what it looked like..
Never used them always disabled the function

Actually the IFW2 is real cheap if u ask me..

Rivets are gone

I agree, best value ever for LW!

But try using rivets as bump only - they vanish in distance views, and gives good subtle detail up close.

I agree, good work on the engines, and the big star wars ships have so much detail they are amongst the most challenging subjects out there...
