I'm hoping you leave the windows modeled. If you get a bit crazy and model roomboxes behind them at some point.... at least you can but with textures that option is gone.

Periodially I keep poking my head in to take a look at your progress. This is a purely gorgeous model, the detail is just... well in a word, humbling

Woaw, I'm begining in 3d and to be honnest strugling with the controls, but that blew my mind, very good job !
As a Stargate fan my dream would be to have a Daedalus-Class model, but I'm far far away from that !

Fabien79th, all i can say is: don't give up, never!!!
i remember my first steps into 3d, and i spent hours on different forums to watch the astonishing works done by other members; very inspiring!!!
remember: a big mesh is composed of little pieces; you have only to put together all these pieces. =)
