Default Architecture - St Albans

Day out to St Albans a week or so ago, here are some photos from the trip.

It's a town that dates back to Roman times, (there's an impressive Roman museum there), and it has a big cathedral too, and a ruined amphitheatre.

Lovely pictures! Hertfordshires a beautiful place, I went to university up there, even had my graduation ceremony in that cathedral.

Its just stunning what our ancestors did with basic tools and raw talent. Compare those to the steel and glass boxes we have now.... and call it progress.
