Support Request - Account Validation
Dear Sir,
I have registered as a new user yesterday and I still have not received any account activation email. Although I can log in on your site and on the forum I am unable to download any of the models available in the resources section. What should I do? Best regards, Laurent Franchet |

Normally I have found this is down to the users email and not the forums you have joined, however I copied and pasted this from the FAQ section:
1. New members are able to download after registering, however, depending on when you registered there can be up to an hour wait as the auto promotion system picks up your registration. It is possible you just registered after it ran and it runs every hour. a. If you happen to be in that category DO NOT whine or complain, it won’t do any good and I could be tempted to delete your account. (Yes, I am human and I don’t like whiners and I am completely unsympathetic to it) |

I don't know if the work Bob has been doing on the F3D email server might have something to do with it, hopefully one of the staff will be along shortly to help you out.

I looked at your account and it should be fine. All the settings are correct. Unless I hear otherwise I will consider it's working.

Hello,
sorry to say but I have the same problem with the account validation as mentioned above. I registered my account here last week but I did not get an account activation/validation e-mail. Surprisingly I can log-in to my account. But I am unable to download any of the models available in the resources section. What should I do? Best regards, starbuck |

Hello.
I also seem to be having the same issue. I've waited for 23 hours so far and haven't gotten the activation e-mail. I'm happy to wait another day, as I do understand that sometimes things don't always do as the should. But if someone choud double check it from your end that would be helpful. Thanks in advance. I am also unable to Download (Never Recieved Validation)
I created my account almost a year ago, and I never recieved a validation. I was fortunate to find the resources I was looking for back then and did'nt bother with figuring this membership out. Now I have my eye on a couple free meshes, but am unable to download. I never recieved an email for my account validation, and believe that may be the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
