Misc - Madkoifish's Random junk! (misc doodles)
Ok, lets start this thread off with a colored gun toting maid!

Touhou doodles
This set is fanart technicaly based off of a game series called Touhou. (google it if you want more info) Much of the visual content is based off the games or other canon material and even other fanworks and current community based memes, puns, and jokes. I will however leave off anything no in keeping with PG content. IE refrences to this or that. If you want to see those works you cna visit my DA account. (will need to reupload much of it.)
Unfinished work of the Scarlet Sisters (digital Painter) Attachment 6208 Marisa on her broom (digital Paint Tool SAI) Attachment 6209 Marisa again, a test of inverse painting not the best results (digital Paint Tool SAI) Attachment 6210 ANOTHER Marisa celebrating 2008! (digital Paint Tool SAI) Attachment 6211 Flandre Scarlet. She is a bit of a nutter (digital Paint Tool SAI) Attachment 6212 Remilia Scarlet, Flan's older sister. They are Vampires if you havent noticed yet. . . (digital Paint Tool SAI) Attachment 6213 Doodle of Reimu that didnt really go anywhere. (digital Paint Tool SAI) Attachment 6214 Alice, bit of a loser she is. (digital Paint Tool SAI) Attachment 6215 OK, this one needs some explanation. . In the most recent game this one character Reimu, was painted with these horrible colors. So everyone goes on about her being a "undead zombie" Marisa, who basicly is a clepto shroomer is dipicted in a meme as saying Reimu is a undead zombis, so YEAH! Either way I decided to have some fun with it. Sadly most mistook the original meaning behind this and as usual analysed information into it beyond the original intent. Oh well. Thanks I have been drawing for years, uh make that decades lol, literaly since I was old enough to hold a pencil. I took some classes for a certificate and AA but had to quit due to moving and cost change between states. (12$ a unit in Cali to 97$ a unit in Wa, it really crimps a wallet)
3D came out of sheer boordom between contracts. Sadly I have regressed a lot since recent work doesnt have anything to do with art. (writting mostly) |

Another touhou And since I think it is more than a sketch itll go here vs the Daily sketch thread. She is Patchouli, (gah I can never spell that right. Always have to check.)The shut in librarian mage/witch of the Scarlet Mansion. And yeah, she is a bit of a grump. Doodle shows my deteriorating skills when they get ignored for 3d. |

Random crap
none of it in any order either. A few are wip. Large percent are made from memes jokes or other series related rubbish #3 and 4 are pencil work on paper rest is digital. |

I remember her being in some black dress thing.
yeah a 1920s ish dress. hard to find any offical art heh mostly american port fanart *SHUDDER* or bad cosplay. lol wasnt much of a mecha fan either. All I remember is she had a cdrom in her headband.  |

Sadly I saw the Adult Swim version and I remember her being in a maid outfit once. I could be mistaken but ya your first image there reminded me of her lol. And I remember it being a cd-rom and a lamp to light up dark places.

Taking a break from 3d so that ugly chen I did a while back gets overpainted. about 80% done I guess at this point. It is something I havent done in some time. Never was too good at this.
 Traditional work I always used transparent mediums like watercolor and gouche or pencils etc. I never did reposition her legs. shrug  |

HRm 2d = low traffic ;p
anyhoo something I been fooling with, OLD line art coloring. These two are Shana from Sakugan no Shana. Red and Black Varient. I should do the glowing dander for RED and do some sort of bg but the plan was to work on the main character. |

Thanks everyone
Well with reisaitai in full swing this weekend and the release of Touhou 10.5 and release of demo cd for Touhou 11 I have decided to have some fun with a boss character that is printed on the demo cd for 東方地霊殿 ～ Subterranean Animism. http://kourindou.exblog.jp/ http://www.tasofro.net/touhou105/index.html So this is where the drawing sits right now. All the distractions today means it has been a few hours since I started this. ANYHOO the character looks like one of those inflatable survival suits or a really fat girl. The ribbon etc made me think of pinatas I think she is suppose to be a spider youkai of some sort. A lot of other fan art has her swinging around or have sh00ps of spiderman and other silly things. either way it is all in jokes so Ill just leave everyone to enjoy the doodle. oh yeah, Marisa the witch is suppose to have a blind fold on but her hair sorta covers it up. So she is peeking. Ill fix that later on. |

Reformatted it to fit wallpaper aspect. (advantage of sticking everything in layers)
Cropped close up sorta with a tad of resizing. (doubt you'll want a full 3900X3200 image ;p ) This shows off the new lighting choice for the image so Reimu (one in red) will have to get her skin redone to reflect this. Background is something I threw down not sure how detailed I want to go with it. most likely it will remain plain. |

Here is that last image finished it a while back, And the other is the image posted to the "what your working on thread" I had put it away and decided late last night or was that early this morning
 to get back to finishing it off. Basically it needs some detail work leveling and touch ups here and there and editing IE text and sfx. |
