UPDATE...
The texture on the warp engine is now finished.  I also decided to add a little more detail to the back of the ship.  |

UPDATE...
While doing textures I noticed this area had gone a bit wonky so I decided that rebuilding it would be fast than fixing it. I’ll get back to textures tomorrow.  |

UPDATE... I textured the little thing by the nav dish. I also started on the hull.  Another shot of the hull textures. It’s moving right along.  |

UPDATE...
Finished up the back of the ship and added textures to the impulse engine. I also finally added a name.  I also did the textures on the bridge.  |

UPDATE...
Just for the hell of it I decided to do a top down view to make make sure things look right.  I finished up the top of the saucer by adding some black squares and doing textures for the first step up on the saucer.  I also started on the lower saucer. I also realised it should be 1706 not 1701 so I’ll have to fix a few things.  |

UPDATE...
I finished up the lower saucer and worked on the rim. I need to make a few adjustments to the saucer rim. I might change the texture on the saucer I’m not too sure about right now.  |

Pretty much done with the basic textures. Just need to tweak a few things and then I can start adding a small amount dirt and grime.   |

Added textures to the bridge.  Also added to the lower saucer. Still working on the bussards. The two here are imported from two different ships but they are acting nothing like they did in the files.  |

It brings the model to life. I might lighten the grime a little. It seems a bit dark to me. But that's just my personal opinion; feel free to disregard it.

Thanks. It's not as dark as it looks really. I'm kinda setting it op in these images to just pop out a little more.
UPDATE... Forgot, I still needed to finish the top of the saucer so that’s just what I did. Tomorrow I’ll do the warp engines and I’ll actually be done.  |

Since I finished the U.S.S Franklin I was just gonna sit back and rest for the rest of the month. No such luck. I wanted to get away from textures so did more work on Kobayashi Maru.   |

Started to work on the impulse engine. That’s the end of work on this ship for the month. I’ll take a short break and go back to my work on ships from the Starfleet Museum.  |

The plan was to just sit back for a few days and do nothing but I was so bored last night I decided to get some work done on this ship. I added detail to the warp pylon and the primary hull.  |

Got some work on the saucer done. I added Reaction control thrusters, some windows and grid lines. I also added phasers.  |
