This with Bob's Big-E should make for some nice animations...

So out of the blue you jumped from "WIP" to "finished".

Awesome work, looks very impressive!

That is Freaking awesome. We all now how big the Star Trek ship is. If I were to guess how many people that Space Station/City could hold, what, somewhere around 50+ thousand people perhaps?

I'd normally be tempted to ask how many polys, but in this case... How many little blue lights, and how long to render?!

I haven't posted here in a loooong time, but I just wanted to throw in with everybody else and say that your work on this model is simply perfect.

Not only did you just nail the tone and character of the original miniature, you added on to it in a way that looks believable to modern eyes. Spectacular!

I had wondered what happened to this WIP. Was so looking forward to seeing it complete and waiting has been worth it. It's an amazing piece of work! Is the interior complete or are you going to tackle that at all?

Sorry for asking!

This is the best mesh of the spacedock I've ever seen. The details are fantastic, some closeup animations would be looking great with it.

Do you thinking about a public release ?

In combination with some other great meshes from F3D users, it would be possible to make some Trek Animations, which could outperform the movie quality.

I haven't posted in a while, but just had to when I saw this one. Very impressive! I would love to see more renders and some close-ups as well!
