Thanks.

UPDATE...
Iíve got a few more bits added to the bed of this vehicle. A few more details to the doors and a bit of stuff to the inside. Iíve added a few more hand holds and I think all those will divits will work as a reaction control system. Iíve also started on an idea for a locking mechanism to add more beds it needed.

One more thing I just finished playing Call Of Duty:Ghosts last night. Got it on tuesday and finished on thursday. Game was ok but too short.

UPDATE...
Ok I added some stuff to the lower side of the bed.

The part back here might turn out to be a light of some kind.

And over here at the front of the bed Iíve added what will be the port used to refuel the power cells and check diagnostics and whatever other tech stuff might need to be done.

A close up. I still nedd to detail the crap out of it.

The truck looks great. I think the safety handles on the sides of the bed might be a tad thick though.

Loving the greebles.
By the size of this ship, it looks like you have still a way to go distributing it

Yeah I've been thinking about those myself.

UPDATE...
Iíve added covers for the plugs.

Iíve also astarted to block in shapes for the manipulator arm. I thought with it snowing now I might add a snow plow to this thing as well. You can also see the headlights on the front.

This is what Iím thinking for the door. Took me forever to figure out how to get the pivot point right.

And just for fun a little test animation of the doors opening and closing. It goes a little wonky at the end but thatís You Tubeís fault.

Oh, it's just a little one! I thought it would be much bigger.

When you are dealing with a pivot line which does not lie straight on the x, y or z axis, it is best handled with a bone and weight map.

UPDATE...
I found a great video that showed how to UV Unwrap in pretty good detail so now I understand it a little bit better. I thought Iíd try it out on one of the doors. Itís temp for now so I will probably redo them. Instead of taking weeks to do I can now do it in a few hours.

UPDATE...
Did some minor work on this thing. I made the hand rails on the side smaller. Added windows to the cab and some reaction control thrusters.

This what some other pallets might be like for moving liquids around.

UPDATE...
Iím starting to get an idea for the inside of this thing. The chair will be remade.

I thought Iíd go with carbon fiber for the bed of this thing. Iíve also started on the locking mechanism.

I finished up the details of the access box thing and mocked up how it gets plugged in. I also played a bit with optical flares.

Some minor details to the top of the cab.

UPDATE...
Here is a close up of the plug.

And Another shot of the plug with textures since Iíve started to unwrap the bed. This was mostly a proof of concept for me. It will be clean for now.

And this is an idea for a new Earth ship. Itís a mixture of aan old ship I never finished but plan on and the Earth ships from Stargate. There are normally at least two of these ship used to escort the presidentís ship.
Itís currently called the Mjolnir class.

Oh yeah, one more thing. If you play GTA5 online don't shoot me. Thank you.

UPDATE...
Iíve been wanting to do this for some time. This the example type 1 government housing. Itís about the size of my basement and itís big enough for at least one person to live in. I may increase the size a bit to make it easier to fit the bathroom in.

I hope there's at least one window on the other side, otherwise that's just depressing... but then coming from the government...

There is a window in the front I just haven't finished it yet. There might be room for one smaller window in the back.

And if it isn't bolted down, you can lock the door, pile them on a container ship and you have forced migration!

The modelling on the housing unit looks good.

I'm wondering if you could redo the bow and put some more segments in there to smooth out the curve?

I was thinking about fixing that but without redoing the thing. I'll just add a few more segments to smooth it out a bit more.

Oops just noticed those last 6 pics are in the wrong thread.

UPDATE...
I decided to work on the UEG drydock and Iím focused on the command sphere for now.

I added more detail including large observation windows. Iíve also started on the placement for the smaller windows.

It looks like you have some pinching in the top right corner of the window inset piece, and one suggestion that I have after looking at the thumbnail, is to have the interior more brightly lit and then have frosted glass windows, which is how I thought it was.

That type of pinching is tricky to eliminate. I also find it quite often isn't noticeable once you get the textures on it.

Looking good Fozz!

I'll see what I can do about the pinching. I might be able to lessen it but not get rid of it all together.

UPDATE...
I wanted to post these on sunday but I woke up in the middle of a migraine and it stuck around the entire day and I was busy on monday. Anyway the windows are done. Just need to finalize the rooms at some point. I also played a little bit with a texture idea.

Here is another new military station for the MíAangan.

A few more details on the dry dock.

UPDATE...
Meant to post these awhile ago but I lost my internet connection for a few days but I managed to fix it.
I rebuilt this little part that goes under the dry dock. It turned out nice.

I also added a little bit to my bug ship.

I also came up with another ship design. Not sure what kind of ship it is yet. I also donít know who it belongs to yet.
