Thanks for that Tec, got it. So did you manage to do the suspension for the rover? That's going to be the hard bit if you want to rig it for uneven terrain.

Not done that yet! Although the plugin I used for the springs does allow animation of the compression but you've got to set up quite a few nulls and goals. Multiply those by 8 springs and I really get bored fast!

Looks great Ted, not sure about the background mountains, looks to procedural at the moment, procedurals always need breaking up a bit.

Maybe use a Space Engine skybox? Look at 0:42 seconds onwards. Hope it helps/gives ideas.
