mm why reattaching it? lol you can refer to it via {attach}{/attach} tags and the image id number.
Attachment 60865
ahh weak sauce, the code no work here for tiny thumbnail of attachment. Maybe some other bbs or whatever it is called code would work. (that or I need the "=")

Yes I have a da and pixiv
they should be linked through via my blog via the profiles here or in my sig, I forget where exactly.
DA
http://rushedart.deviantart.com/

Pixiv, kinda elitist in that you have to be a member to do anything.
http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=223010

The Blog, or shithole.
http://madkoifish.wordpress.com/

You can find me on /jp/ and other places too but that shit cycles so much the content might not exist.

As for any new work mostly scribbles in pchat since a old friend showed up there and well I have been a real lazy bum and have not progressed much from scribbles in SAI. Maybe something today if the headache goes away.

Thanks mate I do not update them constantly but they do get updates, sometimes unique images that I do not post on the forums.

Flailed about with some crap I refuse to upload and did random other crap in SAI. Today I decided I should maybe look at doing some concept work to add to my portfolio. SO here are 3 ships jotted down and inked in 10~20min each. Colour took a bit longer so maybe 30 min each ship total. Some took longer than others but nothing serious. Wanted the time to be short. I want to concentrate mostly on concept work so I will likely be practicing a lot of line work to get myself back to speed. That and find some comfortable settings on the tablet. I am much faster at doing this crap on paper since style for me varies between paper and a tablet. Something I think maybe a cintiq will help O_o hah first though I gotta raise funds for it.

Ah forgot to add image is halfsize of the original and I avoided the eraser if at all possible, I had to use it like 2 times cause of wibbly lines.

Nice looking designs. I recognize some elements from the aircraft you were modelling a few years ago.

Yes indeed. I would love to see some of those converted to 3D models.

MKF, I love those designs. Especially the blue one. They look a little like 1950's retro sci-fi, with a little Star Wars and anime tossed in. Very Sweet!

You know, after seeing these kids, if I ever see girls in maid outfits, I am promptly running the other way. Nice work mate.

Taking a break from this, hopefully not permanently, errr, but I realized the last update was a while back. Reds need redoing on Yoshika's top and still mulling over details. A mess of them go into her skirt hem and Seiga has a mess of blue details on her vest. I also want to see what I can do about her expression, since it looks so much different from the sketch. (odd how colour alters things)
I have no idea what BG it will get if anything more than gradients.

Been doing this for a while issue is you will reference these too often vs really looking at how the colours change over a given area. IE light source temperature or colour tint will change as you get to the bits that are closest and often goof shadows. But with what I am painting here that isnt too much of a concern. So much anime like art lacks this bit of detail. I try to add it since it is a bit of a peve or one of those things I have fought with to get in my own work, I still suck at it. Though keeping a clean sampler of the colours on the canvas does help some since you can get tonality from the backdrop. That is if you know what your background is and how it will be lit. A bit useless if your like me who rarely thinks about backgrounds until the last min.

So far its been coming along really well, and though I'm sorry you'll set this pair aside for now, I'm sure you'll have something just as compelling to share.

So,so update on this, system crashed and rebooted on me at one point forcing me to redo crap since well 2d apps lack auto save features HAH. Granted they do not crash like 3d apps. fff anyhow probably screwed up the hair and stuff and might redo thing but eh.

smaller image is a close up of the face detail.
