Default Abstract - Pin World

Not entirely sure what this is, except that it was fun to finally get rendered.

I modified a technique described by WilliamVaughan

http://www.newtek.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76843

so that I could use HD Instance to really crank up the volume (really bad pun, I know ).

That's extremely, extremely cool. And technically fantastic. How about some more angles?

That is cool. Now, if you could get it to come up in the shape of a face, that would really push it over the top.

Excellent!

I just tried putting a face in the pins and it's very simple to do following that tutorial!

Great job!

Very cool. I wonder if you could use that technique but drive the displacement by an audio wave and use a distance gradient to change the pins color according to amplitude or Y distance to object. Might have to give it go.
