UPDATE...
More greebleage. Most of it is just placeholders.

More detail added to the cannon. I really like this one and think itís the best weapon Iíve designed.

Back of the cannon.

Hereís a quick look at what Iím thinking for the front of the ship. The big open bits will be greebled all to hell.;D

Almost looks like something out of the Tron Universe... which is a good thing in my view.

UPDATE...
The month is almost over and Iím starting to get burned out on this thing so I added a few more details.

I think Iíve finally locked down an idea for the interior rooms.

More details and more rooms.

You have got to love a ship with wood panelling on the walls. Even if it's the peel and stick variety.

I love the fine detail you've got in the recessed areas as well.

UPDATE...
New month. New year. New old project. I decided to work a bit on my bug ship. Didnít want to work on another station. Things are starting to come into shape. Iíll change that bright red light to either blue or green since this will tie into the reactors along the spine and those have blue lights.

Agreed, I quite like how this design looks--like a flat D'Kora class

Thanks.

UPDATE...
Added more to the spine of the ship and including newly rebuilt reactors. Iíve also starting on a couple of window placements. I thought about making the windows segmented like a bugs eye but then I decided it would be too hard to do so I just went with a shape that wasnít round or square.

Changed the red bit to blue and it works much better. Iím still not sure what the round things on the wings are. They could be small weapons but I like them being sensors instead.

UPDATE...
Many more windows have been added. Just a few more to do.

I also had a new idea for another ship that matches better with an old fighter design that I have.

So have I.

UPDATE...
Spent alot of time cleaning up mesh errors and I still have a few left to do. I added a few new details and cut down on the amount of objects in the scene. Also I was nice enough to get my self a new Nikon D5100 camera. 18 months without interest is so cool. So Iím spending more time trying to figure that out but it will help me with textures.

Added the main engine.
Please ignore the red engine light. Itís just left over from the original engine design that sucked hard.

I second that. One of the things I like the most about your models is your creativity and how you always apply just the right amount of details and where to really make your ships stand out.

UPDATE...
I didít get a chance to update last night so here it is. The last of the updates on this this ship for this month. Next month itís back to my ALT-TOS.
Not much done just chamfering edges and cutting down on the amount of objects. I have started to work on the big guns for this thing.

I have started to add detail to the bottom of the ship.

This it to show scale with Space one. Both these ships serve the same purpose.

UPDATE...
I rebuilt the bottom to add more segments. Now that I have a good computer I can do that.
I also added details to the bottom including the antenas I made for my space 1 ship. I had to increase the size of them by a bunch.

Iíve also added the top. I decided to do away with the big blue glowy thing since it was kind of in the way of ships docking inside.

UPDATE...
Decided to shake out a few cobwebs and start on a simple earth utility vehicle. I know it looks like a work bee from Star Trek but I got the idea while playing GTV. I climbed up a construction crane and tried to get into the control cabin but couldít.

The cargo will be held in by either straps or a tarp. It will also have detachable manipulater arms.

UPDATE...
Gotta say the back end of this this is starting to come together. Looked at a couple pictures of utility trucks and decided to add a place to hold tools and such on the sides.
Iím seriously thinking about making those floor panels out of wood but I donít think that would work too well in space.
