Default Atmosphere, Arial Photography - Cloud Backgrounds

A friend asked me if I could get to some of the sky and cloud backdrops I took and upload them. Honestly Iím pretty embarrassed by these. They are pretty low res and taken in 05 with a very soft lens. I salvaged what I felt I could and pass them along for your use. If you do decide to use one all I ask is that you credit me with the background and mention they can be found here.

The images are the full size jpgs, I didn't know about RAW then, the only thing I've done is balance them as much as possible and spot them so be prepared for the file size.

Terrific shots!

Is there any restriction on using them for commercial renders?

Very nice, mate, very nice indeed! I wonder, could we get away with using these for our Wings projects...?
Thanks for the photos!

I tried a few more cloud and sky backdrops on my trip to LA. I really need to charter a plane to do this properly since shooting through scratched Plexiglas really distorts and softens the images but I think these will still be useable. The haze was really bad the whole trip so not sure if I can salvage any of the others I took.

See the first post under “LA Trip 8-12-08”

The way security looks at me now with a camera I can imagine what they would do if I took a video camera onboard.
