Default News - Separable Subsurface Scattering

Here's a video showing off the results of a research project to develop what they call separable subsurface scattering.

Just about the most realistic 3D human I've seen yet.

NOTE: it is best viewed in full screen as it is a 1080p video.

Yep thatís really superb!!

Another couple of master class examples are David Moratila, close up portrait from 3D World issue 148 and Dan Roarty Blue project, really are most convincing 3D characterís
