We need more starfury kind of ships

That is one version. I name it the odonata starfury. ^^

Well it's more like the poor cousin to the Starfury . But it should look like this.

Poor cousin? Looks like this one can enter a planets atmosphere!

You really have been expanding the B5 universe at a lightening pace!
I love your designs - Great stuff!!!

looking good.. only thing i'd like to point out is that that one looking at what you have would NOT be able to rotate on the Horizontal as fast as the normal fury. Remember while a lot of people do not realise it, the EA ships especially where designed with as much effort as they could placed on making them scientifically 'viable'.

Every ship if you look at it has radiator fins (some have more then others... and bab 5 has 6 of them) each has the thrusters actually set up where they would need to be for newtonian gravity etc.. the star fury is capable of moving fast enough to black out the pilot and Sheradin notes that at the end of S2 when he's training them to shoot centari (only to you know get found out about the narn ship and then have a centari try and kill him after he blows up a lovely battleship.)

It's more a civil version. So it don't has to be that fast in the rotation.

And here another transporter: (more something like a speed modelling^^)
(it still needs a few windows)

Hmm.... I don't really like the design of that Fury much

Cool little Brakiri tanker though Just needs more texturing work to make it look really good.

Me neither but shhh! don't tell the others.
I had a few other version of it before, but they where all crap. So I just hadn't the patient to try a new one. ^^

The texture..
I don't have to texture the ships before they go ingame so I just give them a WIP texture to have a better feeling of the look. The texture work is for someone who is working with MAX, because you can export the ships in the *.bod format (the game format) only with MAX. And he has a better feeling for the ingameshaders and so on.

I agree, it's a really cool Brakiri vessel. It manages to ft with the excisting stuff well, while looking new - not an easy cobination to pull off!

The Narn Sho'Kar.

The original model is from Momiji. She made it for our Game-mod and I revised it to show her how to save polygons and to add a few more details.

Lovely job on the Sho'Kar Amras! My only observation is that the lower "wings" are angled down more in the book, but otherwise this is one of the best yet, imo. Are you planning on doing the Ka'Toc Battle Destroyer? I always thought that was a sleek design.

Nice work on the raider ship too. Can't help but wonder though......Were the humans in the B5 universe the only space faring race that didn't have any ship architects with a sense of aesthetics?! LOL

Thats does look excellent. Love the texturing on that one. Is the background an actual space picture or a painted nebula?

nice.. know what I find a laugh.. that most of these on screen would be happly pushing more polies then most shots in Babylon 5 to begin with.. JMS and the others all make the comments in the Special Features about how a modern day PC pushes more polies in a FPS then they had budget to render back when it was made.

Good one

is it the same ship as the "delta wing" from B5: IFH?

http://ifhgame.ru/deltawing/scr/dwing_shot09.jpg

If is the same, i think it was a Earth's fighter.

The Narn satellite looks great, but I don't like the texturing on the Octurion; the panelling is MUCH too pronounced.

I'm very glad to see you're still around

Yep, still working on the mod.^^

Well, you know I never take too much time on the texturework for those pictures. I know I should. Most of the time I just put a few coloured textures on it to show my colleagues how it should look like ingame.
But there are still a lot of ships, stations... that i have to make. So no time for unique textures.^^
