Bring it to their attention is fine, I don't see anything wrong there, but given the apparent short time scale, I think the attitude as uncalled for and bad form, regardless.

Maybe I'm wrong to expect courteous and professional conduct from everyone.

The HDR is a completely saturated yellow shot with a black sky obviously taken some hours after the backplates.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience! We have actually replied to your email, saying that the backplate is retouched but the HDR is not color matched to the retouched image. It's already a lot work to retouch the backplate and to color correct the HDR most users need 5 minutes. Some sets don't need that matching and some do. However we received over 100 images with rendering of that particular backplate, where users had no problems what so ever. We are sorry you are not satisfied with the quality. You can choose another set, that we will give you for free as a compensation. Right now we have a new free set online, which you can download. I also point out, that we can't offer all for free all the time. The ZIP files are between 200 and 600 MB in size and it pushes our bandwith quite a bit (we get around 2000-3000 downloads of free sets every time). For that reason i think it's not overpriced to ask 19.99 euros for a set after a while - we offer a new for free instead of the previous each time. If you visit us regularly you don't have to pay ever for any set.
