Default Architecture - My town Project

I started my old town project again, Buildings are not so detailed, I have now over 49 buildings ready.

I like these. I'm about to start a similar project based on the old theatre here in my town. I'm on the executive board of directors and we are restoring a 108 year old theatre and I thought I would make a 3D model of what it could look like finished. I might be hitting you up for some advice.
