need some particles in the air, maybe a ting of fog or blowing dust.
but it can be improved a bit.
Looking good, I am a thinking the lighting effects would be cooler if it was at dusk or dawn and some lights lighting the scene.

I like the overall mood of the image.

@Crook the Falcon certainly looks better than the buildings!

The textures on the buildings and the ground are disappointing. I would suggest decreasing the bump texture and reducing the size of the texture.

In addition to what Rigel said, dial the specularity way way way back. Buildings on Tattooine should never look wet.
