Talking Star Trek - Wedge Trek -=AMBUSH=-

Decided to take a break from things and do some renders instead.

Could use for some changes in lighting but figure if it bothers me too much I could just do a v2.
Considered spending more time and do ship damage but I chickened out after dealing with the render times. Also toned the Klingons some to vary color between the ships.

I like the second better. The only thing off for me is that the combination of position and details on the nearest Klingon make it look to me like it is cutting through the starboard warp engine on the Fed. I know it's not, but it held my attention for a while until I figured it out. (I've got a bad cold so I'm probably just a bit loopy - more so than usual )

Yup that klingon does need to be nudged to the right enough that it clears that nacelle not just for overlap but balance. I dunno if I will effort to do a v3 for a web image.

I have to admit to balancing some of these with allowance for taskbars and icons >_> Mostly making stuff to get more of a mix on my server monitor. Got a small ips ultrawide for super cheap a few yrs ago.
