It's a good start!
One thing to bear in mind: the lights flashing inside the domes were meant to simulate the "space energy" bouncing around inside the dome as the "space energy/matter sink: intake" drew in the surrounding "space energy". Or, as it has now become known, as the bussard draws in the hydrogen. (Of course, the thing most people miss is hydrogen ram scoops aren't actually a physical scoop, it's a magnetic field.)
I like the devices you have just behind the dome lights; that suggests some kind of collector.
If you go by the old Starfleet Technical Manual, the three boxes just behind the dome are the first stage intercoolers, so you'll want to have some plumbing connected to those. The panels running along the side of the nacelles are the second stage intercoolers and the "handles" near the stern are the third stage intercoolers. So again, have the appropriate plumbing attached to all of those. You can just bury the other end inside the coils or cobble together something that looks like a circulation pump maybe.
