Default Star Wars - Imperial Occupied Onderon (WIP)

I really liked the concept of a massive, walled, city stretching into the sky.

So I'm basically modeling Iziz, which according to the star wars wiki is the capital city of the planet onderon
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Iziz

I'll be swapping out the lumpy coal colored "buildings" with something a bit nicer looking. Oh and the trees are all instances

..I don't even know if this planet is supposed to have trees or not. Who cares

The walled city of Iziz has walls now

Now it just needs some buildings

I doubt they'd build into the river. But one edge looks like it.

You mean the wall all the way on the right that overlaps slightly with the river? I figure they'd want some source of fresh water inside the walls of the city.

The things around the base aren't meant to be holding up the city, they're just walls.. so it's not like the whole thing's going to fall down if the outer wall erodes a little

edit: Although that gives me an idea, maybe I can make that part seem a bit more purposeful. How about a small pier at the base of the wall?

Lol, I like it, It's nice to see them in use especially in a totally different use to how they started out.
