Nicely done! I never really understood this design, but I always loved the ominous feel of it. The detail is spectacular.

I also did a double take on the basestar. Now I understand that it is from the original series. I wonder if the original series will ever get the Star Trek 2.0 treatment...

I like #3 for the planet surface. I'd like to see the ships with a tad more ambient to kill the deep shadows in the interior. There's just a little too much solid black in there. The ships seem just a tad flat contrast-wise compared to the background. These are very minor points, nothing glaring. Otherwise, excellent rendering.

Nice modeling.
