I thought it would be fun for us to post what we did if you participated.

So...post em if ya got em....and feel free to post them in this thread.

Here was my lame entry's done in less than an hour ( I was in the middle of packing and moving back to FL when I did them which explains the one. )

LOL! I did that one literally 1 year and two weeks ago. I was moving back from Memphis. And Chelsea was just born 3.5 weeks ago.....?
OK....ya got me....both were inspired by me moving back home. Hell, hadn't seen my wife in 3 months then.

Nice Moose! I'm a huge coke fan. Don't they prefer Pepsi in the North East?

thx!

up here, i think people actually prefer flavored soy protein beverages (a nod to my hippie friends who run this little state). personally i can't drink any of those soda waters, might as well inject sugar directly into my veins. i prefer an odd combination of boiled grass seed and and aromatic flowers known locally as lager.

let's see some other examples, i know that lw'ers put some kick-butt stuff up on that site.

CG Sphere was very cool in principle, but like so much, people started to take it to seriously. Can't knock some of the ideas though.

Cheers!

those are all very cool! What was the challenge exactly? Something like, How many ways can you dress a sphere?

You could download a scene and model a ball shaped object as the centrepiece, you had to leave the background in place and keep the sphere in the same position and size but other then that free reign. It's still going, have a look, http://www.cgsphere.com/

I quite like that Earth core one myself... Feeble attempt or not...

We should do some kind of contest like that...

Speaking of CGSphere... I just got an email from them about Pixila.com. It is a beta version for a new professional portfolio site. Just wondering if anyone else got this mail or has heard anything about it.
