Star Trek - Chris Kuhn' Excelsior
Chris Kuhn released an Excelsior mesh the other day, so I had to sit down and give it a whirl. I've also been playing with a new piece of software called "Space Engine" that's given me some really nice backgrounds (including this one). Will need to do lots of mucking around with it as my poor laptop only has a 2 gig video card and SE would like more. I'm wondering if I can render out things piecemeal and that way use higher resolutions and more detail. Will have to see....
Anyway, not a spectacular image or anything, mostly just a test of various bits and ideas. |
