Default Star Trek - Trek stuff

I have been wanting to add to the comunity here and Decided to do some Trek stuff. I am starting with the abandoned design for the Ship yard from Phase II.

The Edward Class is interesting!
Good variation for the usual shape of Trek ships.

I like the design. Reminiscent of the old star fleet battles UFP carriers

Yeah! I might have to do that one too. The one I'm working on is based off this.

Nice work. I like seeing different TOS ships in their environment.

I think the torpedo pods are a bit out of place. I'm trying to think of a way to make them fit in with the 1960's look.

worked on the deflector area a little bit.

I love TOS ships. I wish they looked a bit more believable because they could still be used in sc-fi, I'm certain. Maybe a halfway point between TMP detailing and TOS somehow just to break them up a bit, but there's a lot of creativity in the designs.

I agree TOS ships look great but they could use a minor update. Like you said somewhere between TOS and TMP. Not a lot just a touch of an update.

If I were to update TOS, I think I'd go for white first rather than grey, then some subtle panel lines, then try to break up some of the 90 degree angles where the bridge meets the saucer, that kind of thing. Not much though.

You need the Persil/Daz plugin, to get your whites whiter than white

O_o;'

Might want to see if the app has a gamma setting. Though having whites that do not clip to easily means you have range to composite or process in post.
