It's an interesting design, it's just those large and small panels, especially on that second render, just puts it off for me--as well as windows, panels can give a reasonable impression on size, so that just looks confusing.

Yes, I'd say the panels are way too strong there, particularly as there are no medium sized features near most of them to drive any irregularity.

Less variation in shape and colour would help a lot - right now it looks like someone has been playing tetris on the side of the ship.

yeah you guys are right.
the panels have been redone in that section, it was due to 100% laziness.
I think it looks much better now that I put some actual effort into it.
Took the colours off of the panels

-Still need to plate much of the aft of the ship.
-Need to plate some of the bottom.
-Need to fill in gaps on the front section, and on corners.

Thanks, It's about 2.5 K long. Currently working on the secondary hangar areas.

Real Lens Camera renders weirdness sometimes... It's all welded and airtight there but ERROR!

Classic Camera works though.

Inside Hangar.

I still need to add more detail, but as a rough Interior... I think this layout works.
24 Shuttles, and 4 landing craft, there is an identical bay on the other side of the ship as well as four other redundant hangars, and the giant main hangar on the front of the ship.

Okay I'm Confused. I am trying to improve my space environments. made this planet, and rendered it.

without the ring it is fine, but once I add the ring...

It goes all weird... Does anyone know what this is about?
