The question is typically, I can't find the download button or how do I download from the resources?

You must have a valid account on the forums to gain access to the Free Resources. Registration is free, however, depending on when you register it could take up to an hour for the validation script to catch up with you.

You should use a valid email address that you can check for validation purposes.
