Tackling this tutorial is on my To Do list, especially since I just about have the process memorized now LOL.

Eventually we'll have a fleet of Firefly Class Transports servicing all of the needs of Foundation3D.

this is some thing that I would love to try my hand at following along, thanks for putting in the effort to get this back up and running for all of us.

I can see the WIP section now.....all Firefly's...

After a marathon session of writing, snapping screenshots and editing I have put the final keystrokes down on virtual paper.

I will be burning the .pdf files to a CD and sending them Sean's way later this week.

Maybe I can turn to my regular Lightwave projects once more, heh heh.

I am quite excited about this, I was reading this thread on the old board, and I just watched a couple of Firefly eps last week so I am in the mood to try this one if the steps are simple enough.

Excellent news.
My time on it has been halted for a long while now due to other things going on but I always keep an eye on anything related to it. It'll be good to have it "back up" as I point any newcomers at any forum to it as the rpime example of starting something small - bit by bit and working up to an awesome bit of work.

Hey Colkai, good to see you around.

I have the .pdf's burnt to a CD and will be taking it to the post office today to send it Sean's way.

You could find a worse way to get back in to it.

So how's it going? I'm almost finished with the tutorial parts available from Treybor's website. Hoping for the other parts soon so I can finish.

Just received a message from Treybor today that he has received the CD with the tutorial on it.

How soon it arrives here at Foundation 3D is a question you will have to ask him.
