As usual lovely use of light and colour.
Only one thing strikes me as a bit off - how about some heat haze behind the engines? (Lower in particular) |

That's VERY cool, I'd say with Nick that some heat haze or dark hot smoke (like when I fighter pilot properly clogs it).

I've rigged the lasers to rotate. I don't know if there's room to retract them or not.

Awesome lighting and render, but I think a half pixel blur might be in order to help match it to the background better?
