Personally I don't like some of the designs, but your modelling-work is really good.

There's nothing wrong with not liking something.

I don't know if I'll remake the warp engines or not.

That's the name of the main Vulcan on Star Trek: Enterprise. I decided this class is named for important Vulcans.

UPDATE...
This was just what I needed to get out of my slump. I went back and worked on the secondary hull of the Pierce Class cruiser.
I started to finally get the shape of the secondary hull started. I've made a new deflector dish and those three bits sticking out on the side are a small homage to the ones on Enterprise.
Started to work on the back section as well. So far I'm happy with it.

Thank you.
UPDATE...
Added more detail to the lower aft section including two phaser stripes.
I'm thinking of re-building the upper aft shuttlebay section.
What could be the re-built upper aft section.
Close up of aft detail.

UPDATE...
My newly remodelled shuttle bay looks much better than the old one. I also added a room above the shuttle bay so peeps could watch shuttles land and take off. There is also a transporter emitter above the shuttle bay control room. PLus I decided some more airlocks might be nice so I added them to the side on the same deck as the shuttle bay control room.

UPDATE...
Added more details and the old airlocks. Some thing I'm thinking about re-building even though I like the way they look. I also tried out a new texture. I used a combo of Photoshop and Inkscape.

UPDATE...
Iíve done textures for the warp pylon/wing, whatever. Added more details to what Iím calling the torpedoe deck even though it only has the one launcher in the back. Iíve also started on the new airlock, not too certain if I like it yet. I donít hate it but I just donít know.

The new airlock is a bit hard to see at that range, but it looks okay. It's more in line with what we saw in the Kirk era movies.

Yeah once I get more done on the airlock I'll try to get closer but it takes a long time to render on my computer.

UPDATE...
Close up of the new A deck. The old one wasn't symetrical so I was really unhappy with it. I will probably keep the old bridge but the textures need to be reworked.

I included the warp engine for no reason other than I wanted to see how it looks. I'll redo the textures for it because they got done before I decided to rebuild the wing. I also started to mock up a life boat.

Here's a close up to see the detail better. I'm thinking I'll redo the airlock again because I'm not happy with it.

UPDATE...
Felt the need to knock out the new primary hull so I could fix many of the problems I had with the old one. This new verion is symetrical and unlike the old one I added a cutout for the warp pylon to sit in. The biggest thing I want to try to fix is the forward view of the ship looks extremely fat. Hopefully I can try to fix that.

UPDATE...
The shuttle is turning out to be a little more detailed then I had planned but I'm ok with it. The back door is done and I added micro-impulse engines.

I'll have to do a new texture for the Bussard because I'm not happy with the one I've got now.

Last picture was done just for fun to show scale.

UPDATE...
Here is a blast from the past. My old Damar class ship that I should have finished along time ago but never got around to it. I thought Iíd take a new look at it and see what needs to be done. First thing I did was start to rework some of the textures. All I really need to do now is finish a few details finsh textures and Iím done. So far Iíve managed to reduce it from 242 objects to 80. And Iíve reduced the polygons from 114922 to 110149. And think I can do even more.

I redid the bridges textures and the industrial bits on th outside. Still not sure if I like them.

UPDATE...
Started to work on a few simple rooms rooms. The first one is the airlock monitoring room, the others are for BDSM. I decided to use the chair I made for my UEG Universe as maybe a temp chair. The last pic is just to get a look at how it might look.

Cool stuff mate... I think these things always look better with "real" interiors.

UPDATE...
A bit of a close up of new details on the airlock. Thatís proably as far as Iíll go with it.
Getting alot of detail done on the side and front. Iíve even started on details for the Bridge socket. Including a space for the impulse engine.
Starting to detail the back of this part of the ship.

UPDATE...
Finished up most of the detail on the command section and added a few hatches in the bridge socket. Still need to come up with a clamp to hold the bridge in. I plan on keeping the area simple because I donít plan on showing it all that much. I may just use textures for the additional details.
I woke up this morning with a thought in my head for once. And this is what I came up with. A redesigned Nav dish and I cut out in the belly to try to lessen the fat old man affect when you see the ship head on.
Iím happy over all everything turned out better than I expected.
