Technical Director, Double Negative VFX

After graduating from university in July 2006, Rhys was hired by Double Negative VFX to work on the feature film Stardust in a junior 3D position. Since then he has worked up through a variety of roles including Lighting & Rendering, and now as a TD, is involved in all of the entire 3D production pipeline with a focus on modelling and texturing. Rhys uses Maya for professional work, and a mixture of applications for personal projects including Lightwave & ZBrush.
